A: You can email us, fill out a free quote, fax us a copy or mail us a picture. Our free quote is the preferred way. We accept all types of file formats; including ai, eps, jpg, pdf, doc, docx, bmp, and others.
Q. What is your minimum / maximum order?
A: We do not have a minimum or maximum order.
Q. What is your normal turnaround time?
A: Normally, our average turnaround time is 1~1.5 weeks, but high order quantity and/or a unique product may require more production time. Feel free to send the design to us for an estimate. Rush service is available upon request.
Q. Will I be able to see a sample of my patch before they are manufactured?
A: Yes, we offer a scan of the actual stitch-out for you to approve before production with every firm order. Editing/Handling fees will apply if changes are requested afterwards.s are ALL we do.
